Can we dress up in our holiday best?

Yes, we loved seeing the holiday spirit! We do not allow any masks or clothing that would cover someone face or reduce visibility.

Guests are welcome to bring a small flashlight.

What happens if it rains, will the event be rescheduled or cancelled?

Holiday Light Stroll is Rain or Shine event, please dress accordingly if we have rainy / windy conditions. This is a one night only event and rescheduling the event is not an option. Umbrellas are welcomed.

We will not cancel the event unless authorities determine the event is unsafe (ie lighting, thunderstorms, extreme high winds, etc.)

This is a charity event, we will only issue refunds if the event is cancelled.

Is the walk accessible?

The walk is a 2 mile work in low light conditions. Walking on a paved road or sidewalk. We do offer accessible van/ minibus to transport participates to the start of the walk from staging area at Woodside High School.

Are Strollers and Wagons allowed?

Yes, all participates will be taking a bus (charter or school bus) to the park from Woodside High School (bus pickup is located at Woodside High School). So, all strollers and wagons must be able to fold to fit on a bus.

Are Dogs allowed?

No pets allowed, only certified service dogs are permitted.

Can I change the time slot of my tickets after purchase?

We are unable to exchange time slots once your ticket is purchased. Please carefully select the ticket time slot that works best for you and your guests.

Can I refund my tickets?

We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased. Holiday Light Stroll is a Rain or Shine event, the event will take place if the event has rain.

Can I buy tickets at the event?

It is highly likely that the event will sell out well in advance. Tickets will not be sold at the event if they are sold out. The event has sold out four years in a row!

Do my kids need a ticket?

Children 2 and under do not need a ticket! All other ages will need a ticket to enter.

I bought a 4 pack of tickets, can we arrive separately?

If you are buying a 4 packet of tickets, your party must be together when the ticket is scanned.

How far is the walk?

The walk through Celebration in Lights is a 2 mile walk from where you enter to the exit of the park. Patrons will also walk back to Woodside High School where the parking and entry will be.
